By the time you reach your 50s, you cannot escape the fact that you are getting older. This even happens when you have taken all the right steps to stay fit and healthy before turning 50. For a lot of people, the years between 50 and 59 a number of changes occur. They can be achievements, challenges as well as successes.
While some aspects of life once you reach your 50s can be controlled, others are out of your hands. Some of the changes can be exciting or even invigorating while others can be very difficult challenge. Your parents’ health might be failing, your children are grown and heading out to start their own lives or you may experience those inevitable ups and downs relating to your own career or finances. There is no doubt about it. Your body is changing along with most other things in your life.
